Michael Zoldan

Attorney Michael Zoldan provides legal counsel to individuals and small businesses throughout Arizona.  Mr. Zoldan’s practice is based on aggressive and detail-oriented representation, focusing on employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, and wrongful termination.  His practice includes:

  • Civil litigation pursuant to federal and state laws
  • Representing individuals throughout the EEOC Charge process
  • General business litigation including non-compete/non-solicit agreements, defamation, tortious interference with business, fraud, and other business torts and contract matters
  • Representing professionals in matters before associations or licensing boards regulating professionals
  • Consulting with employees who have been discriminated against but wish to remain employed by their Company
  • Consulting with small businesses to ensure they are following all applicable state and federal laws

Prior to starting his own firm with Mr. Chelle, Mr. Zoldan worked for two firms in Arizona where he had an opportunity to hone his litigation skills by working on numerous litigation cases at a time.  Mr. Zoldan also has experience working for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its Trial Attorney Department, and also as an intern for a Maricopa County State Court Judge.
